Very disappointed! I ordered 2 shelves for €240 because the ones in the listing photo were beautiful and matched my living room perfectly.

What I received was completely different: dark, plain wood, no knots, no character - nothing like the listing.

When I contacted Maik, he got defensive and told me I should have sent him a photo of my living room in advance to compare, and that he no longer had the wood shown in the photo, and this is STILL OAK!

That’s not how it should work - the listing photo should reflect what you’ll receive. I had to pay €36 to return the shelves, even though it wasn’t my fault, and Maik refused to cover that cost, saying he's a small business. Etsy refunded my order, but I lost €36 for something I didn’t ask for. It’s not fair to make the buyer pay for the seller’s mistake. Be cautious!
